GOELD Frozen Veg Spring Roll – Recipe, Ingredients and Nutrition Facts

Vegetable spring rolls are a trendy road food in India. These rolls are full of healthy vegetables, seasonings, and aromatic ingredients. 

For your information, you can use any vegetable for this recipe, and it’s a great way to use any yield you have left over at the end of the week. 

The recipe makes between 24 and 30 small- to medium-sized fried spring rolls. These veg spring rolls are great for appetizers or a quick snack. 

This recipe can also be made in a vegan manner, thus making it a great appetizer for guests. We’ve handed the vegetable spring roll Ingredients, recipes and nutrients below. 

Vegetable spring roll Ingredients 

 • 2 mugs maida/ plain flour 

 •2 tbsp corn flour

 • ½ tsp salt

• 2 ½ mugs water 

 For stuffing 

 • 2 tbsp oil painting 

 • 3 cloves garlic (finely diced) 

• 2 chilli (finely diced) 

 • 2 tbsp spring onion (diced) 

 • ½ onion (sliced) 

 • 1 carrot (julienne) 

• 2 mugs of cabbage (diced) 

 • 5 sap (diced) 

 • ½ capsicum (diced) 

 • 2 tbsp ginger 

• 2 tbsp soy sauce 

 • 2 tsp chilli sauce 

 • ¼ tsp pepper greasepaint 

 • ½ tsp swab 

 Other Ingredients 

 • ½ mug maida paste (for sealing) 

 • oil painting (for frying) 

Veg Spring Roll Instruction 

How to make spring roll wrapper 

  • First, take 2 mugs maida, 2 soup spoons corn flour, and 1/2 a tablespoon salt. 
  • Mix 2 1/2 mugs of water with the admixture and use a whisk to blend it well. 
  • Mix until smooth, adding water as demanded. 
  • Now grease the visage. Pour a scoop of batter onto a hot skillet. 
  • Once you have mixed the batter, ensure its unevenly spread. 
  • Eventually, complete the spring roll wrapper. You can use the wrapper to make spring rolls or patti samosa. 

 How to make the vegetable filling 

  • First, heat 2 soup spoons oil painting in a large skillet. Sauté 3 cloves garlic, 2 chillies and 2 tbsp spring onions. 
  • Stir 1/2 onion on high heat. 
  • Now add 1 carrot, 2 mugs of cabbage, 5 beans and 1/2 capsicum. 
  • Stir without losing the crunchiness and vegetables 
  • Farther, add 2 soup spoons ginger, 2 soup spoons soy sauce, and 2 tbsp chilli sauce to the admixture. Add 1/4 tablespoon pepper grease paint, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, and 2 soup spoons of olive oil. 
  • Mix everything well. Now, the filling is ready. 
  • Note Vegetables can be wrapped and stored in the refrigerator. This frozen vegetable roll is safe to consume within 24 to 48 hours of storing. 

 How to make a spring roll and fry it 

  • First, place the set wrapper on the set veg filling. 
  • Apply a tablespoon of maida paste to the edges. The maida paste seals the roll. 
  • Now roll the sides and seal the roll by folding them in half. 
  • Deep it in hot oil.
  • Stir sometimes until the roll becomes crisp and golden brown. 
  • Drain off any oil that remains.

 Notes :

  • First, seal the roll tightly. Else, there’s a chance for filling to escape while you fry. 
  • You can also replace maida flour with wheat flour if you are health conscious.
